However the experience with AZ Stone Restoration was perfectly positive from the initial contact to the completion of the work. It involved Cantera tile patio restoration on large patios requiring tile removal/replacement and grout repair followed by all tile, concrete aggregate and pavers deep cleaned and sealed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a slab crack along with accumulated rain water which resulted in 15 cracked travertine tiles that needed to be replaced along with 7 tiles that had minor cracks and could be repaired.

Jorge came out and gave me a bid that was reasonable.

The tile replacement crew came out and did a very good job of lifting the bad tiles without damaging the surrounding area.
Then Jorge came out and did an amazing repair job.  You can't tell which tiles were repaired.

I have very high standards and they exceeded them all. I had bleach stains on my marble, cracks in my granite, water spots on my travertine tables, and the grout in my tile was discolored.
