EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am thoroughly impressed and completely happy with the work performed at my house. Jorge, Juan, and Gustavo were amazing. They were professional, organized, friendly, on time and ready to go to work. Their attention to detail and care was evident and they take pride in their work. Their skill and talent were able to repair and bring my travertine floor back to life. It looks as good as it did when it was new. They are true artists and I won't hesitate to use them again. I had to go thru a few different floor guys over the years until I found AZ Stone Restoration. They are my floor guys from now on. I highly recommend this company for any floor restoration needs.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jorge’s team left our yard looking good as new!! They were very professional and I am very happy with how the work turned out!!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The travertine floor in our home has needed repairs and refinishing ever since we moved into the house. Being located up in Flagstaff, it was challenging to find a company that offered these services. Jorge and his team at AZ Stone Restoration were a pleasure to work with- despite the distance, they provided a free estimate and were able to promptly schedule the work a week later. The team showed up on time and stayed late (fixing cracks, leveling hollow tiles, resurfacing and sealing), meticulously working to complete the job and honor the original estimate. I highly recommend AZ Stone Restoration!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jorge and Saul and the team did an amazing job. We highly recommend them!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an ugly 4 foot long crack in my granite between the kitchen sink and the backsplash. I sent photos to AZ Stone Restoration and they got back to me in a short time with a quote. After seeing the time and effort it took to make the repair, I feel like it was a very reasonable price. The repair looks great and I appreciate the time spent to match colors on granite the had lots of variations. Jorge and his team handled a number of stone projects at my home. 1.removal of extensive exterior Saltillo front walkway. 2. Replacement with travertine tile and sealed tile 3. Cleaning and sealing of all grout in 2800 sq ft home 4. Replacement of two chipped tiles. The work was excellent. When Jorge sscheduled an estimate appt or work the team was on time and did the work in the time quoted. Tile samples were quickly provided forHOA approval. And Jorge was very flexible working around our houseguests schedule. We will definitely use AZ Stone Restoration for any and all tile work.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an excellent experience with AZ Stone Restoration. Jorge and his team took on the challenge of restoring our saltillo tile flooring that was 47 years old. They were able to strip, clean and seal this flooring throughout the house bringing it back to the look of a new floor installation. They are experts and will use them again.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I usually don't write reviews but in this case it is very warranted. I called AZ Stone Restoration in a desperate need for a small travertine replacement job in my master shower. They came to the rescue even faster than I expected since it was such a small job. Jorge's motto of solving problems surely worked out for me. From my first phone call to the finishing touches, I couldn't have had a more satisfying experience. Great customer service and perfection work! I highly recommend AZ Stone Restoration and will definitely count on them when the time comes for a major project.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The stone restoration team went above and beyond in every way possible. Not only did they deliver flawless craftsmanship, but they also showed incredible dedication to making sure my client was taken care of. They even came out in the pouring rain, refusing to let the weather stop them from getting the job done. Every step of the process was executed with precision and care. The technician didn’t rush—he made sure each tile was restored to absolute perfection before moving on to the next. That attention to detail and pride in his work really set this team apart. If you’re looking for true professionals who care about both the quality of their work and the people they’re serving, I can’t recommend this stone restoration team highly enough. I have also attached before and after photos!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AZ Stone did a magnificent job refinishing my flagstone patio. The final product was beautiful. The job was done on time. Cleanup was spotless. I've never worked with any contractor that was so committed to perfection. The owner, Jorge led the work. He's a very honest and diligent person. There were no surprises. I highly recommend AZ Stone.
