I called to get a quote on fixing my marble bathroom vanity. The cleaners used the wrong product to clean it and left etch marks where the spray landed. I called to get a quote and they responded very quickly and were able to come within a couple days. The technician, Juan, was very polite and efficient and was done in a couple hours. There are great reviews for Arizona Stone Restoration (locally owned is important to me). It is run by and the work is done by the owner, Gorge. His son Ivan came to take pictures to give to his dad for the initial estimate. I watched Gorge and his worker first eliminated the height difference on either side of the small fissure. Then they labored over the color match for the grout in order to make the crack blend with its setting. He mixed the grout colors to find the just the right shade. He looked like a fine arts painter as he worked! We checked in with each other as the job progressed. He wanted to make sure I was happy with it. They are highly professional they do outstanding work and also stand behind there work , there prices are very reasonable for the work performed with outstanding results , they polished and sealed my travertine to a high shine like never before . Jorge, the owner and Marco did an excellent job restoring the Cantera stone floors in our master bathroom. When we remodeled the bathroom over a year ago, our tile installer took it upon himself to put a horrible coat of wax on top of our beautiful floors. At the time, I had the installer try to remove the wax, he only managed to make it worse. I had another guy come out, he was referred by the store I purchased the Cantera from, and he also could not get the wax off. I did more research and finally 🙏 came across AZ Stone Restoration.
